Accutane

Accutane has been manufactured in the United States by a division of Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc. since 1982 and is used to treat serious forms of cystic acne. Legal issues over Accutane involve its use by pregnant women and associated birth defects, and its use by teenagers and associated depression and suicidal behavior.
